Important Guidelines
- Only 4 pets permitted per flight—submit pet travel request during or immediately after booking.
- Your pet must be well-behaved, leashed (if not in carrier), and under control at all times in the airport and on board.
- Service animals accepted with prior notice and standard documentation; not counted toward pet limit.
- Pet carrier counts as your personal item; an additional carry-on may not always be allowed.
- Puppies/kittens/pets must be healthy, fully weaned, and be able to remain calm for the duration of the flight—no disruptive or aggressive animals permitted.
- JSX does not offer animal transport as cargo or in the hold—you and your pet fly together in the cabin only.
Woofly Tips
- Book early—limited pet spots on each flight. Notify JSX during or promptly after booking to secure your spot.
- Acclimate your pet to the carrier before travel; nervous or non-compliant pets risk denied boarding.
- For larger pets (20–65 lbs), expect to pay for an additional seat and keep your animal on the floor at all times.
- Carry paper and digital copies of vet/vaccine records in case of health or legal inquiries, even if not strictly required.
- Plan for potty breaks before and after flight, as JSX lounges and planes have no animal relief facilities.
