General Policy Overview
- PETS IN CABIN: Only dogs and cats (≥4 months, ≤10kg incl. carrier) travel in cabin; 1 per person, max 3 per flight (domestic), max 5 per flight (international, economy). Carrier must fit dimensions 43x31.5x20cm, be leak-proof, ventilated, and close securely under seat.
- PETS AS CHECKED BAGGAGE/HOLD: Dogs and cats allowed (with all certificates). Brachycephalic breeds, overweight/oversize pets, or certain destinations may be restricted. Advance confirmation required.
- PETS AS CARGO: All other pets—not cats or dogs—must use licensed animal logistic/cargo handlers for transport; not bookable as passenger services.
- BREED/AGE RESTRICTIONS: Snub-nosed breeds and aggressive breeds subject to extra vet/airline approval, seasonal bans, and climate rules. All pets must be ≥4 months, fit to fly, and not pregnant/sick.
- DOCUMENTS: Rabies vaccination (30+ days, <1 yr), health cert (within 10 days, signed by vet), age proof, import permit (for international), and destination docs as required.
- ROUTE EXCLUSIONS: No pets to the USA temporarily (check for updates); always confirm with customer service before booking.
