Woofly Tips
- Always book your pet spot at least 24h (domestic) or 48h (international) early—no animals accepted without advance reservation.
- Review breed bans, especially for snub-nosed and flat-faced breeds, even for birds/cats.
- Carry all original paperwork and digital copies—requirements vary by route/destination for import/export, microchip, rabies, health, and CITES certificates.
- Pets not meeting doc, crate, or reservation rules will be denied boarding—arrive early and confirm at check-in.
- Pair/young animal rules allow transport of 2 puppies/kittens <6 months, mother w/ litter, or a pair of birds. All else: 1 pet per carrier.
