Allowed when properly declared at booking and checked in. Must be muzzled, leashed, and harnessed at all times. ESA dogs may travel inside a soft carrier fitting under seat (~20x20x35 cm). Passenger seat assignment may be adjusted for comfort and safety. Passenger cannot purchase seat for dog, which must fit on lap or in legroom. One dog allowed per flight. Passenger sitting by window recommended. Passenger may be moved or rebooked if dog occupies adjacent seat space.  | Not accepted in cargo or checked baggage. | Dog must be declared to airline; evidence required at airport. Important Guidelines
- Declare your service or emotional support dog at time of booking or via “Manage Booking.”
 - At airport, present evidence that your dog is a certified service or emotional support animal.
 - Ensure the dog is muzzled, leashed, and harnessed at all times during travel.
 - ESAs can be in soft carriers fitting under the seat; passenger cannot buy a seat for the dog.
 - Passengers should request window seating and be prepared to be relocated if dog requires extra space.
 - Only one dog allowed per flight as a service or ESA animal.
 - No other animals, including cats, birds, reptiles, fish, or rabbits, allowed as pets or service/ESA animals.

- Confirm and declare your service or emotional support dog’s travel well before your flight.
 - Bring all relevant certifications or documentation that supports your dog’s status as a service or ESA animal.
 - Use gentle muzzles and comfortable harnesses—to ensure safe and calm travel for your dog and fellow passengers.
 - If you need to travel with any other type of pet, consider alternative arrangements or airlines, as Cebu Pacific does not accommodate them.
 - Arrive early at the airport to allow time for verification and boarding procedures involving your service or emotional support dog.
